Non Emergency
For the cost of non emergency medical transportation:
•ㅤAfter hours rates are applicable on weekdays before 6:45AM and after 5:30PM, as well as on weekends. After hours rates for ambulatory and wheelchair are a flat $40 base rate increase to $75.
•ㅤWait time rates for ambulatory and wheelchair are $55.00 per hour billed $12.50 per 15 minute increment.
For our immuno-compromised and senior clientele, hygiene has never been more important than it is today. You can rest assured that when you travel with us, you’ll be riding in sanitized, spotless vehicles every time.
Our passengers are masked up, our vehicles are smoke free and are cleaned from the inside out on a regular basis. That’s all on top of the use of non-toxic disinfectants after each and every trip.
Hygiene
Our company is spearheaded by a healthcare professional with 16 years as Registered Respiratory Therapist at an acute care hospital. We are fully insured and staffed by friendly, licensed, and experienced team members. Our well-maintained vehicles can handle up to two oversized bariatric wheelchairs with a sturdy, rear passenger entry and can comfortably accommodate travel companions.
We’re available for trip requests 24/7 .
Experience
Our staff undergoes a rigorous review process before joining the team which includes federal background checks, prior work reference checks, and more. Apart from initial pre-hire drug and alcohol tests, our drivers undergo and pass random testing to ensure your continued confidence with us.
All drivers pass defensive driving courses both written and practical and must be experienced in the industry prior to consideration.
