How it works
Our drivers are prepared to transfer you from your bed to a wheelchair or stretcher. Upon arrival, the driver will notify the appropriate personnel and ensure that you are "checked-in" for your appointment. If your return transport pick up time is unknown, your driver will provide the office staff with a business card and request that they call us 30 minutes prior to the completion of your appointment. This process is in place to reduce your wait time. If the transport requires the driver to stay with the passenger for the duration of the appointment, please request this service when booking the transport so we can make the appropriate accommodations.

For passengers in need of assistance, Roadrunner offers door-to-door service so you arrive at your destination safely and hassle-free.
We provide a courtesy call prior to arrival to make sure you always get to your destination on time, safely.
Wheelchair Transport
Our handicapped-accessible vehicles can fit up to two bariatric wheelchairs plus your travel companion. We can easily accommodate oversized wheelchairs thanks to our professionally installed 600lb capacity hydraulic lift and wide rear vehicle entry.
We ensured a comfortable ride for anyone by including leg extenders which are available upon request and when required.
Clients with little or no mobility can ride safely in our wheelchair vans to their medical appointment, adult day center, dialysis clinic, hospitals or other destinations.

For clients that are unable to sit upright for the duration of their trip, our stretcher vehicles are affordable, fully equipped and at your service.
Long Distance Transport
Our long distance transportation option is available for all trip types, whether you're ambulatory, wheelchair-bound, or require a stretcher (gurney).
Our vehicles are meticulously maintained and are serviced regularly to ensure that your long distance trip is as smooth as it is enjoyable.
We require 48 hours advanced booking for any long distance trips. For long distance trips on short notice, do not hesitate to request your trip with us and if we can accommodate your trip, we will contact you within minutes of your request to confirm!
